The conference will provide an opportunity for stakeholders from national, Arab, and African cultural heritage institutions to engage with counterparts from EU large research initiatives and cultural heritage infrastructures to build a sustainable strategic partnership in the field of heritage science. It also aims to present and discuss the knowledge and understanding of the history and heritage of science in Egyptian civilizations from prehistory to modern times and the role of research infrastructures and research innovations in cultural heritage, as well as national, regional, and international cooperation in the interpretation, preservation, and sustainability of cultural heritage. This will enable the audience to appreciate the depth, breadth, and relevance of cultural heritage to scientific and technological innovation. The conference will provide fundamental knowledge about the scientific and technological evolution and practice in Egyptian heritage, including medicine, chemistry, art, literature, physics, and the environment, as well as scientific concepts and traditions. It will also familiarize the public with the most important scientific and educational centers in Egypt throughout history.
